KEY PERSONNEL
JON W. RIGGS
PRESIDENT
Jon started Native Environmental in 2000. Jon has estimated and planned
large-scale government, industrial, school and commercial projects
in throughout the United States including; Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii,
Colorado, California, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada. Jon has been in
the abatement industry since 1986 and has developed an excellent working
relationship with clients and regulatory agencies. Jon oversees the
day-to-day operations in the Phoenix office. He is directly responsible
for meeting with clients and analyzing needs for asbestos and lead
abatement, microbial decontamination and demolition projects. Jon
also works closely with project management in scheduling and overseeing
projects to insure complete customer satisfaction. Jon assists the
estimators to guarantee the best possible bid pricing and satisfaction
of our clients. Jon was a former Board Member of the EIA and is an
active member of the EIA, IAQ and Professional Estimators Association.

DUSTY ELLINGTON
GENERAL MANAGER
Dusty has successfully supervised over $200 million dollars in institutional,
industrial, school, commercial and residential asbestos abatement
and microbial decontamination projects. Dusty has over 25 years experience
in the environmental industry including supervising two of the largest
industrial and school asbestos abatement projects to date in Arizona.
Dusty has extensive experience supervising crews that range from 5
up to 200 men. He works directly with office staff and field personnel
in coordination with owner representatives and subcontractors for
assigned projects. Dusty performs, field quality control oversight,
pre-construction planning and troubleshooting, he oversees field operations
and observes safety procedures in the field. His quality assurance
goals are set at an extremely high level and he expects nothing less
from his crews.

RANDY MADDOCK
ESTIMATOR
Randy has over 7 years experience in asbestos, lead base paint abatement,
mold decontamination & demolition projects. Randy has extensive experience
servicing a multitude of clients including industrial, commercial,
residential and institutional. Randy holds an AHERA Contractor/Supervisor
environmental certification, a 4 year member of the EIA and a 4 year
member of the American IAQ Council. Randy has also had extensive training
in Xactimate estimating to assist our insurance clients. He prides
himself on providing the client with excellent customer service and
making the end result of any project total client satisfaction.

ERIK DUNCAN
ESTIMATOR
Erik has over 5 years experience in the asbestos, mold remediation,
lead based paint abatement and demolition projects with a client base
ranging from residential to large commercial projects. Erik is the
asbestos and lead based paint programs manager for Native and currently
holds and AHERA Contractor / Supervisor certification for asbestos
abatement, EPA lead supervisor for Regions 6 and 9 tribal lands as
well as EPA lead supervisor certifications for New Mexico and Arizona.
He is also 3 year member of the Environmental Information Association
(EIA) with a seat on the board of directors and a 4 year member of
the American IAQ council. Erik is known for his reputation for providing
his customers the best service possible.

JEFF CROMER
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jeff has successfully supervised and managed over $100 million dollars
in institutional, industrial, school, commercial and residential asbestos
abatement and microbial decontamination projects. Jeff has over 15
years experience in the environmental industry including supervising
two of the largest industrial and school asbestos abatement projects
to date in Arizona. Additionally Jeff has performed several complex
hazardous materials projects, including the largest Mercury clean-up
in the State of Arizona. Jeff has extensive experience supervising
crews that range from 5 up to 200 men. He works directly with our
estimators, project managers, the office staff and field personnel
in coordination with owner representatives and subcontractors for
assigned projects. His quality assurance goals are set at an extremely
high level and he expects nothing less from his crews.

SHERRY OLIVER
PROJECT MANAGER
Sherry has over 10 years in the asbestos, lead base paint & mold remediation
industry. Her extensive knowledge in the industry ranges from working
as an Environmental Consultant to Project Management in the environmental
industry. Sherry currently holds certifications as a Building inspector,
Management Planner, Project Designer, Contractor/Supervisor, 40 hr.
HAZMAT, & is a TX Certified Consultant. Sherry also has a Bachelors
of Science degree in Environmental Resources. Sherry brings our clients
not only her vast experience and knowledge, but also direct hands
on approach to assure each of our clients a complete and thorough
project.
